Trahana Semolina Pasta
Tiny, grain product and one of the oldest greek foods. Boiling the milk to 60oC. Put semolina in. One hour of waiting so the ingredients to cool down and then,cut it. Dry it for twelve hours. Cut it to even more small pieces and dry it again. For third time cut it and dry it. Finally, packaging. Pasta drying machine always works ata 40oC.
