Nutmeg (whole)
The seeds of the tropical nutmeg tree have a light-brown color on the outside, intense aroma, oval shape and are about 2 mm wide. In the inside, there are thick layers of starchy tissues and fragrant oils. They are widely used in baking and pastry making.
