Salami from Serres with Buffalo meat
It is prepared based on an authentic Serrai traditional recipe. With a light garlicky taste. It is fermented with selected pieces of Buffalo meat and admixture of 100% Greek Beef* meat from the Kerkini Lake area. It is boiled and then "smoked" with beech wood. It goes great with cold dishes, a variety of charcuterie for beer or wine.
