Mount Athos Organic Wine

Shinny yellow-green colour. It has aromas of flowers and white flesh fruits which are balanced with the vanilla characteristics of the barrels. The taste is cool and rich with balanced acidity. The aftertaste is medium to long. At least 2 months into the stainless-steel tanks in contact with the wine lees. A part of that wine is matured for 3 months into new oak barrels.
