Stored in a cooled in a dark environment since bottling in 2011. Hand picked from a single vineyard in 800m altitude. Dark yet vibrant colour with depth and elegance. The nose offers classic black currant aromas but is highlighted with beautiful earthiness. Light clove and spice, round mouth feel with huckleberry and dried cherry fade to a warm spicy finish. No oak. 14.5% vol.
